How do I make a meditation?

Tap the mic or type how you feel. Kokoro generates and plays a personalized guided meditation in about 30–60 seconds.

Is it free?

Yes. The app is completely free to use.

How do I delete my account & data?

In the app, go to the You tab and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your name, saved meditations, and Sign in with Apple credential from your device.
